AMC Annual Maintenance Contract for Computers & Printers
The Samriddhi Collection Services AMC is a starting-point annual maintenance plan for eligible computers and printers used by homes, professionals and small businesses. The purpose of an AMC is to define a planned support relationship for covered equipment rather than arranging individual service visits only after a problem occurs.
Possible AMC Scope
- Scheduled basic preventive-maintenance checks for covered equipment.
- Routine computer and printer health checks within the agreed plan.
- Basic software/configuration support for covered computers.
- Basic printer setup and troubleshooting for covered printers.
- General guidance on common device and peripheral issues.
- Priority or planned support scheduling where included in the agreed AMC.
- Service records or visit notes where appropriate.
Plan Must Be Defined Before Purchase
The ₹2,999 price is a starting price only. The final AMC price and scope depend on the number and type of devices, customer location, expected support frequency, on-site versus remote requirements, equipment age and condition, and whether any special business systems are involved.
Typically Not Included Unless Quoted
Replacement hardware, printer consumables, spare parts, data-recovery work, software licence fees, third-party subscriptions, major network projects, server administration, specialist cybersecurity work and damage caused by misuse or external events are not automatically included in the starter AMC price.
Before Starting an AMC
Samriddhi Collection Services should first confirm the equipment list, device condition, service location, support method, response expectations, contract period, exclusions and any chargeable items. The final written scope should take priority over this general product-page description.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should maintain legitimate software licences, reasonable backups and safe access to the covered equipment. Sensitive passwords and financial credentials should not be shared unless absolutely necessary for a specifically agreed technical task.

This is a service plan, not a physical product, so no shipping charge should apply. Purchase should only be finalized after the AMC scope and price are confirmed for the customer’s actual equipment and requirements.
