This policy applies to purchases from Samriddhi Collection Services. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described products
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery at sales@samriddhicollection.in or 9898008484, quoting your order number and providing photos or other information reasonably needed to assess the issue. Where a product qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair, refund or another remedy required by law.
Change-of-mind requests
For eligible physical products, we may accept a change-of-mind return when requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, complete, in resalable condition and includes its original packaging and accessories. Approval is required before returning an item. Some opened, used, specially ordered, software/licence-related, hygiene-sensitive or data-storage products may not be eligible for change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Return shipping
If the return is caused by our error or a qualifying defective, damaged or incorrect product, we will provide reasonable return instructions and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For an approved change-of-mind return, return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a processed refund.
Services and AMC
Service or AMC cancellations requested before work begins will be assessed according to the confirmed scope and any costs already incurred. Once a service has been substantially performed, a change-of-mind refund may not be available. This does not limit remedies for deficient, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant services under applicable law.
Before returning anything
Do not send a product back without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return location for the relevant order.
